Kick-arse play, sir. But as an ex-actor, I assure you that it is far more than a ten minute play. It is a full blown One Act Play, a genre unto itself. In a theater, this drama would resonate with lots of us raised in the 50's, and coming of age in the 60's; those baby boomers vibes are humming.
I've never staged it. I have a whole collection of these from my aborted year studying with the MFA Playwrights program at U of Arkansas 5 or 6 years ago. Actually, the collection is under consideration with a publisher as we "speak." I'd like to send them out more to try to get them staged. I've only ever had a couple.
